Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Danny Walker / Walker Real Estate Group Pty Ltd (ABN 11 694 599 623) of PO Box 364, Blaxland, NSW 2774, 0478 176 491, admin@walkerre.com.au (Promoter).
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
All competition entries must be filled out and entered via the Walker Real Estate Group BEPS Fete Day Giveaway.
Entrants must be permanent residents of New South Wales and reside in 2749, 2750, 2751, 2773, 2774, 2776, 2777, 2778, 2779 and aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
One entry per person and per household. Multiple entries from the same person or same household will be disqualified.
Selecting the free market appraisal on your property for an extra entry is only valid for property owners; the selection of extra entry for non property owners will be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The competition commences at 4:00pm AEDT on 5/10/2026 and ends at 2:00pm AEDT on 24/10/2026 (Competition Period).
The winner will be announced at Blaxland East Public School Fete Day at 3:00pm AEDT on 24/10/2026 and also announced on Facebook and Instagram.
Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown. Only the winner will be notified by email or by SMS to the email address or phone number submitted at the time of entry, and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Re-allocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
One (1) major prize to be won, which is a Nintendo Switch 2 + Pokémon Pokopia Console Bundle, valued at $769.95 (RRP).
The winner will be based on random selection. As the competition operates in New South Wales, no permit is required under the Liquor and Gaming NSW trade promotion rules for a prize of this value.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
The winner does not need to be present at Blaxland East Public School Fete Day to collect the prize. The prize will instead be delivered to the winner at the address provided at the time of entry, at no cost to the winner.
Eligible entrants may access, change or update their personal information by emailing the Promoter at admin@walkerre.com.au or by phone on 0478 176 491. A copy of the Promoter's Privacy Policy is available at walkerre.com.au/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related complaint.
All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
