Finding the right home is a battle in itself. Going to so many open homes and finding so many agents are just there doing the bare minimum not interested in even making eye contact or knowing absolutely nothing about the house they are showing. Not Danny! We had to wait about 10 minutes to have a chat with Danny at the open house because he was doing his job and answering all the people's questions. When it was our turn to probably shoot the same 1000 questions at him not once did he make us feel like a bother. Danny is professional but is still happy to have a laugh every now and then, knowledgeable (and if he didn't know the answer was happy to find out for us) and I think what stands out most about Danny is his communication. He called or messaged us at every point throughout the settlement, but he was not over the top at all, even when all the offers were flying in, he took the time to call or message to explain what was happening and what happens next. We more than recommend Danny and if we ever decide to buy or sell in the future, we won't even look at anyone else for the job. Danny went above and beyond for us. This was the sale of a deceased estate, and there were several complications that were outside of anybody's control. Throughout the process, Danny was constructive and he directly helped to overcome a number of problems which could have become roadblocks. What problems am I referring to? The first buyer pulled out, so within a week Danny was back in the driver's seat and found another one without losing unnecessary time or any money. Settlement was help us because the court took months to grant Probate, and Danny kept on top of the process to make sure it went through smoothly anyhow. A water pipe bust and caused damage: Danny again pitched in, doing everything from personally removing the water-logged carpet, to liaison with the insurance company and their tradesmen. But after all that, it has completed successfully and the new owner is settling in. Thanks, Danny.
