A Meaningful First Step with Gateway Family Services

There are some moments that feel bigger than business, and this was one of them. We recently had the privilege of donating $1,000 to Gateway Family Services in Blaxland — our very first official community donation as Walker Real Estate Group. Standing there with our daughter Phoebe, alongside the incredible team at Gateway, was a reminder of why we started this journey in the first place. Supporting local families has always been important to us, but being able to do it under our own name, in our own community, made it feel that little bit more special.

Gateway has been a part of our lives for years — from trivia nights and Christmas toy drives to hamper collections and regular Essentials Pantry donations. Their work across Blaxland and the wider Blue Mountains and Nepean region supports families when they need it most, and we’re proud to continue standing alongside them. This donation marks the beginning of something ongoing for us, with plans to give back to local organisations and causes every quarter. It’s a small way of saying thank you to the community that supports our business, and a commitment to always give back where we can.
